Didn’t know who was doing the Q today and when I asked last night I guess I nominated myself at the same time. Well I’ll see what I can do last minute. Here we go!
Disclaimer given. Warmups: 20 side straddle hops, 10 Little Baby arm circles forward, and 10 in reverse, 20 mountain climbers.
Ran and grab coupons and meet back at front parking lot. First round: 10 man makers, and run to top of bridge and do 20 LBCs. After do 20 merken drags with coupons, and run and do LBCs, repeat for 15 minutes.
Second round: meet on the grass and do 20 weighted squats and 10 pull-ups, after do 20 bent over rows, and 10 pull-ups, last do 20 American hammers, and 10 pull-ups. Repeat second round, and drop pull-ups to 5 every set.
Next exercise. 20 Burpee block jumps, and 20 flutter kicks. Return coupons and for the last two minutes do 20 up to down planks. Circle up and do names and announcements.
