A humid Monday morning, 9 pax ready to go at 5:15am, so the first audible was called. Instead of having uneven teams, decided to go with 3- 3 man teams. Everybody grab a coupon. Oops, Meatloaf pulls in a few minutes late, 2nd audible called- back to 2 man teams. Count off 1s and 2s. Pair up with the guy close to you.
This is what we did.
Each team does all the work combined count:
pax 1 starts on 500 crunches- pax 2 does 10 burpees. Switch-up pax 2 continues the crunches and pax 1 does 10 burpees. Continue flip-flopping until 500 total crunches are completed.
After the crunches and burpees- the following exercises were done with the same format:
400 Squats – 20 dips (3rd audible called dropped down to 300 squats – dips were a killer)
300 curls – 20 Overhead presses (these dang OH presses were a killer also- as were all the remaining work)
200 merkins – 20 flutter kicks counting 1 leg
100 thrusters- 30 bend over rows
time was called- all teams completed the work.

NMS- In addition to the combined counts of 500 crunches, 300 squats, 300 curls, 200 merkins and 100 thrusters, YHC estimates that each pax completed around 70 burpees, 150 dips, 100 overhead presses, 150 flutterkicks, and 120 bend over rows. These are only estimates- but that would be around 1290 total reps. Quite impressive!! YHC was pleasantly surprised that Duggar was able to push through today without a speaker for music. These guys continue to impress YHC. Kudos to EncinoMan for doing this workout with a vest. Until next time Blu is out.
