We had two groups today, we had the Bengay sprinters and all the guy that felt sorry for me and hung back and did the work with me which I appreciate a lot.We had a Foreclosure approve play list with some Old school Eminem which we all loved. Alpo told his old story about what they used to call Him Simshady. Sunshine said STFU Alpo which we all love. After we finished Sugar put me and foreclosure through the ringer with some extra work waiting  the Bengay bandits to get through with there work. We had a great day and I’m grateful to be a part of these animals. Let’s all get ready for week 1 IPAX until next time 3Bogey is out.
