TO start:  had to jump into the 1100 because I had everyone wondering where to park thanks to my directions!

The thang:   10 burpies

20 Alpos

30 Goblet squats

40 overhead presses

50 tricep extensions

60 kettle bells

70 calf raises

80 curls

90 whirly boys

100 merkins

repeat.   we all got to 50 again before time expired.

in between each set , you had to alternate 30 lbcs and flutter kicks.

 

Time called 6am, circle of trust, announcements, and prayers.
