I am glad to get my first Q out of the way. I was a little nervous my workout would be way to easy for all the guys that come and kill these workouts on a daily basis. But I think the Suicides made everyone happy about getting out of bed .

6 rounds of exercises
burpees
big boys
hand release merkins
jungle boi squats
lungs the hard way
monkey humpers
cones set up at 25,50,75,100 yards sprint to the 25 yard cone do 5 of first exercise sprint back do 5 at start.sprint to the 50 do 10 sprint back do 10,sprint to the 75 do 15 sprint back do 15 sprint to the 100 do 20 sprint back do 20. Rinse and repeat with all exercises and by the end you have knocked out 600 reps in a hour.
