Work Part 1

Ascending Foxholes: WWI roll into merkins. 1 roll/1 merkin rolling up to 1 roll/10 merkins. Then 20 Bear-pees (4 count crawl into burpee). Mosey remaining distance to end zone, and Backpedal all the way back.

Work Part 2

5 rounds, Murder Bunny out 30 yds and Rifle Carry Coupon back to goal line after each round. Rounds were: 50 coupon chest presses, 50 chest press 50 curls, 50 chest press 50 curls 50 big boy sit-ups, 50 chest press 50 curls, 50 chest press. Abs of choice to the 6.

Work Part 3

Partner up. 100 OH Press, 150 Goblet Squats, 200 Little Baby Crunches. While PAX 1 works, PAX 2 farmers carry to bleachers, opposite hand back and switch till all work complete.

Somehow still time left….

45 second (OYO count) wall sit, mosey to 50 yard line for 5 burpees, return to same goal line, then 100 yard mosey to opposite goal line for 5 burpees and return. Wash rinse and repeat for 3 ish rounds for all.
Finish with a 60 second American Hammer burnout and Recover called.
