    50 curls
    25 alpos
    25 tris

We all loved the curls so much that we joined Scrum on his last set.

Seeing as we are so close to the monkeybars, it would be inappropriate to not stop by for a visit. Head to the bars.

11’s with Pull ups and Air Squats

Perform 10 Pull ups and 1 Air Squat

9 Pull ups and 2 Air Squats

Follow this progression until 1 Pull up and 10 Air Squats

Head back to the field, grab your coupon and meet in the parking lot beside the gym.

4 Corners-

Same concept as the first, but Perform 5 burpee DOUBLE block jumps in the center. 1 Burpee and 2 jumps over the coupon = 1 rep. Then farmer carry to a corner and perform the exercise.  Plank/abs for the 6.

Announcements- Murph on Memorial Day, Festival of Flowers 5K on 6/12. Give that Twitter page a follow. You may be HC’d for it and not even know it. Check your Venom account too.

Prayer Requests/Praise reports- Non spoken but we all have them.

YHC prayed us out.

NMM- So as we were teeing it up on around hole #5 Friday afternoon, BenGay asks me what I had planned for Talon. Evidently I’m horrible at hiding my “confused” face, because he says “You don’t know you have the Q do you?” YHC has gotten pretty bad about signing up and not setting a reminder. Oh well, I hope I put something together that was worth the trip to Talon. Upon taking a trip to the center of the field, I noticed that the grass was freshly mowed and watered. Blu wasn’t crazy about getting wet, so I assured him we weren’t going to get wet. I thought all our first movements were standing until I called chest presses. Cobains. I did move the ab work to the parking lot though. It was great to have Soap On A Rope out for his second Saturday bootcamp. I’ve been EHing this guy for quite a while. Don’t give up on these guys. Persistence pays off. And what is up with Tickle? He is crushing this work with some mad speed. Not sure what he’s brewing up at home, but hook a brother up! It was a pleasure as always to stand along side these men in the gloom. I am a better man for it.

Southern Belle is hanging up…
