Alpo needed a sub-Q due to a family camping trip so YHC volunteered to fill the gap. As YHC sat down to construct the beatdown, YHC remembered the VQ of Smalls at one of our home BC’s and figured, why not? So, YHC brought Smalls Smackdown to Talon.

Disclaimer was given.

    SSH x 20

Mosey and get a coupon and bring it to the side parking lot. Four cones were set-up in a sqaure and PAX were instructed to evenly distribute themselves at each cone so not to cause a bottleneck and spread out.

NMS

It’s always great to have visitor’s post DR with us and this morning Woodchip was there from F3-Hartsville. And he killed the workout. Hope to see him back when he’s visiting his parents again.
Since we only had 45 minutes this morning due to the altered schedule with ultimate frisbee, the work was non-stop from the word go. YHC hopes the men felt beatdown afterwards as well.
The ultimate frisbee was great afterwards with 14 2.0s there. Thanks to Judge Hairy for organizing this and we will have more of these in the future so men, bring your 2.0s out.
The clean-up at Grace Street was great as well.  People asked us who we were with and it was great for F3Greenwood to be present at this event. Again, look for more of these opportunities in the future as well.

Until next time,
