Grab a coupon and leave it at the concession stand. As a group, complete the first round. Run from the concession stand to the pull up bars and complete five pull-ups, lunge walk 16 steps to the gazebo/picnic tables and complete 10 box jumps, crab crawl 20 to 30 steps to the swings and complete 20 decline Merkins, run back toward the parking lot and complete 30 World War I syrups, run back to the concession stand and complete 40 curls, sprint from the light pole to the next light pole going toward the buses and complete 50 air squats, run back to the concession stand and core for the six. We completed three rounds of this.
