warm up – 25 reps in cadence of the following: side strata hops, imperial walkers, cut the grass; 25 squats on your own, 25 Merkens on your own, 10 mountain climbers in cadence

The work – Grab a coupon and the flag and mosey to the island beginning near the buses. Run 10 laps around the island completing 10 repetitions of the following exercise in the area prescribed: 3 o’clock started with 10 Merkens, and run to 12 o’clock incomplete 10 air squats, then run to 9 o’clock and complete 10 legless and then run back to the buses, 6 o’clock, and complete 10 side straddle hops. Continue to run laps decreasing reps of the mentioned exercises by one every lap. Core for the six.

partner up and complete a mini Dora: cumulative reps – 50 thrusters, 100 kettle bell swings, 150 Bonnie Blairs county each leg. One partner begins to work while the other partner runs 40 yards, completes one Burpee, and sprints back. Continue until all work is done.

Final exercise was fives. This is like 11s but with fewer reps. Crab crawl 20 yards complete one Burpee, bear crawl back 20 yards and complete  four Man Makers. Crab crawl 20 yards and complete two Burpee ‘s, bear crawl back 20 yards and complete three men makers and so on. Before recover was called one minute of plank. Recover was called. Grab the flag and the coupons, put everything up and circle up for COT.

Devo: intercede on behalf of those who cannot lift themselves up or do for themselves for a period of time. There are some great passages in the Scriptures talking about lifting one another up, especially when they feel beaten down and cannot lift themselves up.
