Proctors- Southern Belle, Uncle Jesse, Tweeter

The workout was moved from Talon to the Greenwood Family YMCA today for the running of IronPax Challenge Week 2. We needed the track due to the running segments between work. Also, due to the PAX completing the work at various times, several PAX, including YHC, had to leave to get the day rolling. Therefore, we did not have our usual COT. Cobains.

YHC was honored to proctor this morning with my brothers Uncle Jesse and Tweeter. I was humbled to watch 14 grown ass men stand beside each other, at 05oo in the morning, from all walks of life, different ages, different fitness levels, and complete this challenge and are better for it.

I watched PAX push each other. I watched PAX pull each other. I watched PAX on their hands and knees in pure exhaustion stand up and continue to hammer out rep after rep, because their brothers around them are telling him to keep pushing and that giving up is not an option.

The whole time I’m watching, I’m wanting to jump in beside them with a coupon and go to work. Yes, this is called a challenge. It’s not meant to be easy. It’s meant to push you to the edge and test your limits, but only if you let it. These studs this morning left NOTHING on the field or on the track. They gave it all they had. They accepted the challenge and worked like each of them was battling for first place.

YHC is thankful for the HIM’s that have spent countless hours of their time to mastermind this challenge that has literally impacted thousands of PAX across F3Nation and their families and friends.

YHC lived through week 1, and I’m anticipating my chance to tackle week 2. So I saw that it was longer than week 1. Big freakin deal. I saw that it looked harder. Big freakin whoop.

If you are one of those PAX looking for a real challenge and haven’t completed one of these yet, then get to it and register! You won’t regret it. But if you are one of those that wants to make this challenge into ANYTHING other than one more reason to build strong, male community and leadership, then sack up and throw back a few Extra Strength Growacets.

We have work to do!

Proud of every single PAX across OUR F3Nation that has registered and completed these challenges so far and for those taking on the ones to come.

Southern Belle is hanging up….
