After going through somewhat of a BC drought, YHC is trying to get back on track. To the point that YHC is even signing up for Q’s to assure attendance. Since the Iron PAX challenge is coming up soon, YHC decided to use one of the 2018 challenges (modified a little) for ‘practice’. After getting the Q set up late yesterday, YHC realized that Tweeter had performed the same workout just a few weeks ago. As mentioned, YHC has been hit or miss at BC’s, and missed that one. No one really knew what Tweeter did at those Q’s if not in attendance, since he posted around 10 BB’s late last week. But after realizing the potential repeat, YHC came up with a new plan that could still be used to practice for the upcoming challenge. And here’s how it went:
Conditions – Sticky and around 74 degrees.
A crowd of 17 PAX were on hand to enjoy the morning (2 runners so only 15 really got to enjoy the fun) . We circled up in the grass area at the front of the school and started our warm-ups.

THE THANG:
DECONSTRUCTED BOMBS
We then headed to the football field where there are 5 stations, the first being at midfield, then a new station at the corner of each endzone.
The first exercise of BOMBS is 50 Burpees, but we’re breaking them down by 10’s for 5 rounds of each exercise.
So, first exercise 10 Burpees at station 1.
Bear crawl to sideline, then run/mosey to station 2 – 20 OH Claps (total for 5 rounds 100)
Run/mosey to station 3 – 30 Merkins (total for 5 rounds 150)
Run/mosey to station 4 – 40 Big Boi Sit-ups (total for 5 rounds 200)
Run/mosey to station 5 – 50 Squats (total for 5 rounds 250)
Run/mosey back to sideline at midfield
Bear crawl back to station 1, and begin round 2.
Continue until 5 rounds are completed or time is called. (Note: You will run/mosey to each station, with the exception that you bear crawl to and from Station 1 each time – this was a true #crowdpleaser)
Time was called and we all moseyed back to the grass area where it all began.

In a not so unusual move, Pusher tried to hijack the Q about halfway through. While everyone else was doing Big Boi’s, he suggested we all do Flutter Kicks in cadence. It didn’t happen.
Polly was there, and it was great. Mumble Chatter was off the charts.
Speaking of Polly, he’d also like to know exactly what Bear Crawls accomplish anyway. BenGay can you explain for him?
