Its been a while since I’ve played cards so here we go. All Pax grabbed a block.
-
Draw cards from 104-card deck plus 4 Jokers. Each card drawn determines which exercise to do and the number of reps.
Suit determines the exercise:
Hearts = Merkins
Diamonds = Big Boi Sit-Ups
Clubs = Goblet Squats
Spades = Manmakers and then run to 50 yard line a perform 5 burpees
Card value determines the number of reps (face cards = 10, Aces = 11).
Jokers = 15 Burpees

This is always a fun workout! Great job guys! Way to push it this morning! Bandwagon seemed to really like picking spades. Pretty sure he picked 5 in a row. Bandwagon also brought the tunes. I will definetly give him a heads up next time. Not really sure what we were listening to but I think he hit the repeat button and played the same song for 45 minutes. Seriously though Im really proud of Bandwagon for getting out in the gloom and pushing it. Thats what F3 is all about brother! The workout doesnt get any easier you get better! He has been consistently posting on Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays for a couple weeks now. Keep pushing the rock! Until next time.
