5:14 – 1 minute warning/disclaimer given

5:15 – warm-up – a thorough 14 morning minutes of multiple exercises to get the heart rate up and the muscles moving

5:29 – mosey to coupons from buses, retrieve coupon and rifle carry/isolated curl back to buses

Set 1 – 25 goblet squats, crab crawl out 25 yards, 25 air squats, crab crawl back 25 yards (where coupon is), 25 thrusters, crab crawl out 25 yards, 25 monkey humpers, crab crawl back 25 yards.

Upon finishing the above, complete 50 reps of the following: curls, arm extensions or alpos, shoulder press and finally chest press – core for the six

Last set – backpedal out 50 yards and complete 50 big boys, backpedal back 50 yards and complete 50 block isolated flutter kicks (the hard way), backpedal out 50 yards and complete 50 American hammers (hard way), backpedal back 50 yards and complete  50 block isolated reverse crunches (BenGay was the only one to start on the reverse crunches before recover was called)

Rifle carry/isolated curl coupons back to coupon stacks and mosey back to the bus area/the flag.

Prayer Requests – prayed for Addison (the daughter of our estranged Koby) who was already at the hospital prepping for shoulder surgery and for all the PAX in and out of the gloom.
