After Koby’s Deadlift-o-rama Tuesday, YHC’s back and R ankle haven’t been the same, so I’m thinking I need a back-friendly, absolutely stationary BC. Totally self-serving, I know. This was the result.

I pretty much accomplished my goal of not hurting the back or ankles, but the shoulders might have paid the price instead. Hopefully I can raise my glass later today at Happy Hour. Crowd pleaser was definitely the 100 single arm rows each arm, particularly if your block choice was unwise. Lots of anguish sounds during the merkin triad as well.  Hopefully all got in a good stationary workout and got better for it. Also hopefully Inspector returned as he was never seen again since before WU.
Good to have Bo Diddley back out – a blast from the past, and good to see Pinto finally back out and Nomad returning.
