YHC conjured up a 12 days of Christmas workout the night before but during the normal morning routine, YHC realized that it needed to be written out on a bigger piece of paper or cardboard so that everyone stayed on the same page. Luckily, there was a cardboard box in the bed of the pick-up from a NY Mets cornhole set that YHC got for his birthday that would fit the bill. So, upon arriving to Talon, YHC quickly scribbled the workout on a big weinke and off we went.

Disclaimer was given.

The Thang

12 Days of Christmas – workout went like the song. Start with day 1, and then day 2 and day 1, and so on.

      Day 1 – Manmaker
      Day 2 – Plank jacks
Day 3 – Sprint width of parking lot and back. Down and back was one much to the chagrin of a certain older PAX.
      Day 4 – Thrusters
Day 5 – Hand Release Merkins
Day 6 – Back pedal to a sprint
      Day 7 – Flutter kicks
Day 8 – Lunges (Hard Way)
Day 9 – Curl to press
      Day 10  -Big Boi Sit-ups
Day 11 – Leg raises to block
      Day 12 – burpees

For those that finished early, take the long lap around. When come back start with 25 merkins and 25 big boi sit-ups, then 20 of each, then 15 of each, and so on until done with 5 of each.

Recover was called and blocks were returned.

YHC knew this was going to be a fun when during SSH, Polly starts talking about how his doctor told him he couldn’t eat kale, avocados, or broccoli.  And the laughter started there and went the entire time and to be honest, YHC doesn’t remember all of the details and you should’ve been there if you wanted to know anyways.
YHC shared Luke 12:40, “You must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.”

Until next time,
