6:00 – Alpo, Encinoman and DC go to complete IPC and/or proctor…the rest go grab 2 coupons and put them in each corner of the end zone.
Warm-up: in the middle of the football field, complete 10-50 of the following exercises (some in cadence, some on your own): side straddle hops, imperial walkers, hill billies, mountain climbers, air squats, little baby arm circle series (6 exercises), calf raises, merkins
The Thang: After the solid warmup, meet in the middle of the football field to begin. Run to a corner of the field and complete 100 repetitions of the following exercises, one exercise at each corner. After each 100 reps of the specific exercise run back to the middle of the field and complete 50 reps of a core activity of your choice be before moving onto the next corner. The four corner, 100 rep exercises include the following: curls, bent over rows, chest press, triceps (extensions, chair dips or alpos – pax choice). Each round each pax Will complete 600 total reps. Our goal was to complete 3 full rounds and we nearly made it before recovery was called.
