5:15 – Warm-up: 50 (100 total) side straddle hops, 20 Imperial Walkers, 20 Cut the Grass, 6×20 of shoulder blow-out exercises (all done in cadence); 50 air squats, 25 calf raises, 50 LBC’s, 50 merkins (all done on your own)

    The Work: Grab 2 coupons and farmers carry to the mini-wall in the parking lot (near the covered tables/batting cages)…put one coupon down and carry the other one to the other side of the parking lot near the fence/announcer’s booth, mosey back to wall.
    Complete four rounds of the following: near the wall complete 25 chair dips, crab crawl across the parking lot (20-25 yards) to the other coupon and complete 25 goblet squats, lunge walk back to the wall and complete 50 core reps of your choice. At the end of two rounds, complete core exercises of your choice until the six is in. Move on to complete the last two rounds and complete core exercises when finished until the six is in.
    Complete 50 curls at the wall, rifle carry across the parking lot to the other coupon, complete 25 shoulder shrugs, farmers carry both coupons back to the wall. Farmers carry blocks back to the pile. Recover is called.
