Round 1:

50 Right leg step ups
25 Curls
25 Over Head Presses
50 Left leg step ups
25 Curls
25 Over Head Presses
repeat and drop the step ups by 25 each.
25 Dips
Mosey over to the football field and line coupons on the goal line.
Round 2 (4 corners):
25 Burpees in each corner of the football field.
50 ab exercises of your choice at the 50 yard line.
Lunge walk across the field.
Bear Crawl to the 50 yard line. Sprint to the Goal line.
Round 3:
Mosey back to the goal line and grab your coupon.
