12 Days of Christmas Eve
1st Day – Run goal line to opposite goal please at and back (1 x)
2nd Day – Carry coupon (rifle carry, farmer’s carry or however each time we carry) up to 10 yard line and complete 2 man-makers (2x), return back to goal line with coupon and complete 1st Day
3rd Day – Grab coupon from the goal line and “carry” it to the 20 and complete 3 thrusters (3x), “carry” coupon back to the 10 and complete 2 man-makers, return back to the goal line with coupon and complete 1st Day
4th Day – Goblet Squats ***Complete the same as above while moving up the days/ladder; always completing the number of reps AND sets ONLY the first time we get to that day and completing just the number of days/reps while moving back down the ladder
5th Day – Burpees (25)
6th Day – Big Bois (36)
7th Day – Merkins (49)
8th Day – Overhead Press (64)
9th Day – American Hammers (81)
10th Day – Weighted Lunges (count each leg) (100)
11th Day – Curls (121)
12th Day – Chest Press (144)
***IF THERE IS TIME, on the 12th Day we will do number of days/reps AND sets ON EACH DAY COMING BACK DOWN.
***There was not time – nearly finished with Day 10 (weighted lunges) when time was called.
