DEVOTION:

  • We are all presented with challenges in our lives
  • It’s never easy
  • Simple daily life is hard
  • For some it’s harder than for others
  • F3 is a great group, and because of it I’ve gotten better mentally and physically and spiritually
  • Ex: it was a challenge to come out here today because I don’t like to post in the rain
  • It took effort
  • We all put in effort to come out here each day, and I challenge you to continue that
  • I also challenge you to put forth the effort, not only with F3 but in everything you do
  • On your job, being a husband, being a father, being a son, being a friend, being a Christian
  • It’s all possible if we put forth the effort and trust in Him
  • Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

NMS:

  • This was a revist to YHC’s VQ around a year ago, and with the help of Baby Blu.  YHC chose the exercises (some he didn’t like), and Blu put them together in the tough format.  A few minor changes of course, since we’ve all gotten better since then.
  • Very happy to see 11 PAX post in the mess we were in.  Did YHC mention IT WAS WET?
  • Another un-named CPA in the group wasn’t looking forward to using his pencil today.  Maybe he thought his arms might be sore.  Hopefully so.
  • The hand-release merkins were definitely a crowd-favorite.  Overnight and continuing rain + HR merkins = PAX GET WET!  But it was fun.

As always, it was an honor to lead such a great group of men.
