Sprint to the 40 yard line
20 Reverse Crunches
Bear Crawl back to the blocks.
Repeat until time is called.

Round 2
25 Over Head Presses
Single side Farmer Carry to the 20 yard line
10 Side Bends with block (each side)
Swap hands and single side Farmer Carry to the 40 yard line
20 Bridge with Pullovers
Single side Farmer Carry back to beginning stopping at the 20 to do 10 more side bends each side and swap sides
Repeat until time is called.

Round 3
25 Bench Press
Overhead carry to the 20 yard line
25 Bent Rows
Overhead carry to the 40 yard line
25 Curls
Shoulder carry back to the start
Repeat until time is called.

Return the coupons and mosey to the overhang (by this time it had stopped raining so being under cover didn’t really matter) and plank for the six.

Can’t wait for warmer weather
Dixie Chick was supposed to have this Q but I requested that we both come up with a plan. If my FNG showed up, I would Q. If my FNG didn’t show, then he could have the Q as scheduled.
When I pulled up in the parking lot, there were a lot of cars but no pax. Those runners run early in the cold and the rain. Those guys and girls are crazy.
For a while it looked like it was going to be just me and Carmen SanDiego, until Dixie Chick. If two’s company then three is a crowd.
Tickle came in wheels hot with about 2 minutes to spare to make this a Fab Foursome.
Work was done and we all got better for it.
