This was a substitute Q taken on by YHC at the last minute due to Piddler being down for the count. Due to some exceptional leadership and commitment by our staff at Manley Garvin, the 2017 tax season was winding down and believe it or not there was not a mad dash to the finish. In an astonishing move, 5 of our full time professional staff and all seasonal help took today off because they were completely caught up! This is an unbelievable turnaround from just a few short years ago and a testament to what we are trying to do to better ourselves at the firm. I always preach that we want to strive for continuous improvement and it seems to be working. With that, I was able to snatch the Q up without fear of missing something at work. In a similar light, we at F3 Greenwood are looking to better ourselves and 7 folks showed up this morning to get that done. I recycled a favorite workout of mine due to the last minute nature of Q, but I knew it was a good one.
