The Thang:
Station 1: 9 Minute AMRAP
Start with 50 and reduce by 10 after every round.
Top of CM – Side Bends and Over Head Press
Bottom of CM – Mtn Climbers
Mosey to the Bottom and Bear Crawl to the Top.

Station 2: 9 Minute AMRAP
Start with 50 and reduce by 10 after every round.
Dips on the Benches
Flutter Kicks and LBCs at the Flag Pole.
Mosey to and from the Flag Pole/Benches
Grab your coupon and mosey to the next station.
Station 3: 8 Minutes at the retaining wall
Cycle thru the following 3 exercises:
Wall Sit
Plank
Balls to the Wall
Hold till failure before moving to the next position.
Grab your coupon and mosey to return your coupon to it’s resting place.
Mosey to the ShovelFlag and plank for the six.
Count, Name, Announce, Request Prayer,
Quickie closed us in prayer.

There was a Station 4 planned but thankfully we ran out of time. 9 minute AMRAP of Burpees, Merkins, and Bent Rows would not have been fun.
The 80s Rock Station was the right choice for this morning.
I am so thankful for the prayers and support of this group of men.
Glad we were able to stay together as a group this morning. Too often we go off on our own and get mired down.
