The lap around EHS was envisioned as a clock with all pax starting at the 6. Two pax carried the buckets to the 3 and put them down. If you weren’t carrying a bucket you did 20 merkins, 10 squats and 5 burpees at the 6, 3, 12 or 9. Anytime you got to one of the numbers and there was an unmanned bucket, you picked it up and carried to the next number.
