Did the submarine -in honor of a diversion from battleship and because of this season’s weather.
Start at lightpole: backwards run to 1st light pole, run back to start, backwards run to 2nd and 3rd lightpole .
Next , head to far benches in front of school. 20 stepups.
Run to benches on other end at front of school: 20 dips
Run to back wall: 20 Australian mountain climbers.
Run to farthest light pole: 20 gorilla monkey humpers
Run to far corner of parking lot: 20 merkins
Back to lightpole—one repetition. took about 10 minutes.
Did 4 rounds. Circled up with merry for ab work til 7am.
Announcements, prayer requests, prayed and got out of dodge. Tickle and 2C to Northside breakfast and Pusher to work.
