Pax strode down and grabbed coupons and circled up at base of concrete monster. 15 SSH and 15 Cut the grasses performed to loosen up and then off we went.
Since there were only 5 pax and Thumper and Bengay had not done battleship, we proceeded like Sugar did once before. We went a full lap to show everyone what concept was. After running the 6 concrete monsters and 30 merkins, planked for 6 and then mosied to benches. 30 box jumps , run to flag pole for 30 reverse crunches and plank til group done. Ran to outer light pole, 30 gorilla squats and ran to wall for 30 Australian mountain climbers and then planked for 6. Ran to patio benches , 30 dips and down to base of hill and did 30 curls. This completed one lap of the battleship. It was at this point Thumper uttered ” must have been an asshole who came up with this”. To which I nodded ‘if you only knew” HA!
So, it was off with our coupons which we placed right outside artificial field ( to comply with the establishment). We then went to goal line and began ladders and lifts. Went like this:
Starting at goalline, every 20 yards perform exercise to other goal line and back (10 sets) . then jog to outside fence to complete coupon work of 50 of any exercise.
1st round. every 20 yards 10 big boy situps. After the 100 big boys, jogged to coupons and did 50 overhead presses.
2nd round, every 20 yards 10 merkins, after 100 merkins jogged to coupons and did 50 Alpos.
3rd round, every 20 yards 10 flutter kicks one leg, after 100 flutters jogged to coupons for 50 tricep extensions.
4th round-had 5 minutes left , so sprint ladder called . every 20 yards-5 burpies. After 50 burpies , you were done.

Count-o-rama, Namorama, limited announcements and prayer requests. Balled it up and went separate ways. No Howards this Saturday unfortunately.
Since backblast 2 days late, really don’t have any NMS with exception of Thumper giving me little side humor to throw way of our Nantan.
