About mid-day yesterday YHC was working on the Q for this morning.  YHC actually had a workout planned (almost), but was having second thoughts.  YHC spoke with UJ, who had the Q at Fury, and he was planning to re-visit week 1 of the IronPax Challenge.  Remembering just how much that sucked, YHC decided to go that route as well (modified to add a warm-up of course).

So, not only do I owe UJ for the workout this morning, but I also think he was the primary Pax (or at least one of them) who came up with such suck in the first place.  oh, and he never actually said the words in the title above, but I could tell he thought it for sure.

8 Pax posted and put in some work.  And here’s how it went:

Conditions: Partly cloudy and a definitely cooler, but not downright cold like yesterday!
