Overhead carry coupon to the far parking lot.
9-ish minute AMRAP (I forgot to start the timer)

Farmer Carry Coupon to the awning in front of the gym.
Remaining time AMRAP (about 5 minutes)

Thoughts going thru my head this morning:
- Why am I on the ground?
- So much for not getting muddy.
- Not going near those steps again today.
- I’m glad the ground was soft.
- This is probably going to hurt later.
Accommodations were made for pax requesting a leg friendly day and a mud free option.
Total and complete abuse of the triceps was done.
Encino Man is not afraid of an upper body workout. He said he’ll do 20 merkins for every 10 done at his VQ Saturday.
