It has been way too long since I have Qed a bootcamp, so when the opportunity to lead today came up, I decided it was time to get back out and do something other than just running. Hopefully the work I had planned was tough enough to challenge the bootcamp beasts that decided to join me this morning.
The one minute warning was given and at 6:00 we headed down to the practice field to get started.
Disclaimer given as we circled up.
