F3 Greenwood

16 pax showed up at the Shipyard on this beautiful Tuesday morning to take on the Week 3 of the IronPax Challenge.  A few pax who are either injured or just getting back into #TheGloom after extended absences did a separate workout up and down the practice field.  Based on what I saw, that work included full body work with some cardio mixed in.  They definitely went a lot farther than the 10 yards the rest of us were confined to.

Conditions: August in SC and the grass was cut on the practice field the day before so everyone carried home an extra layer of grass on top of the sweat.

-Strong effort by all pax this morning.  The Burpee Block Jump Overs followed by Hand Release Merkins was a brutal combo.

-Not surprisingly, Sugar and Beano appeared to be running circles around the rest of us doing the IP workout.  At least from my vantage point.

-It’s good to see some pax getting back out that we haven’t seen in a while.  Stay regular, and keep posting….we all need you out there, and you need us.

-Welcome FNG Mighty Mouse.  This was a lengthy naming session and I’m not sure anyone except Pusher knows where that nickname came from, but it stuck.  If you’re curious where it came from, ask Pusher.
