19 PAX including 2 FNG’s at The Shipyard not only faced the gloom, but a steady three days of rain. Coupons were used coming and going in this core and upper body beatdown. The PAX got wet early and often, but focused on getting better.

Partner 1: begin accumulative count starting with 100 shoulder presses w/coupon, followed by 200 werkins, and finally 300 dips
Partner 2: Bear crawl to 20 yd line, does 10-clap crunches then sprints back to goal line, then switches with #1
Double your coupon – 20 min
Partner 1: Stays at goal line and starts accumulative count 50 big boy sit ups, 200 robotic roaches, 300 squats
Partner 2: Double coupon carry to 40 yd line, 10 shrugs, then carry them back and switch with #1.
