Since it was so cold, we took a mosey lap around the school to warm up. Temperature was 12 degrees.

Started at the top of the Concrete Monster. 12-1 repetitions since it was 12 degrees it seemed like a good number to use. Started with 12 reps of straight leg raises and 1 merkin at the bottom of the steps. Keep counting down at the top of the stairs and counting up at the bottom of the stairs.
Front of the school, 12-1 box jumps or step ups and plank jack.
Side parking lot, 12-1 incline merkin and mountain climber at the first light pole.
Back patio, 12-1 dips and squats.
Mosey back to flag and did 10 Burpees to finish.
