F3 Greenwood

8 PAX showed up for a rather chilly workout at the Shipyard.  YHC agreed to take on the Q and anticipated a light crowd due to the F3 Dad’s campout across the way.  That said, a strong 8 settled in for a solid workout.  It went like this:

30 Burpees and 30 Bonnie Blairs OYO.  Partition as you wish just get the work done.

Each PAX collect a coupon and scoot over to goal line.

Flora Dora

Partner Up – Work is cumulative.  Partner 1 works, partner 2 runs to 50 yd line and back and they rotate upon return.

100 – KB Swings

200 – Curls

300 – Bench Presses

200 – Bent over rows

100 – Squat Thrusters

  • Great work by all in attendance
  • Mr Bean received an early morning wake up call from BabyBlu, but to no avail.  The fartsack won again.
  • Pusher was late, and demonstrated that SSH can be performed on the mosey.
  • Thanks to BabyBlu for killing the BLIMPS, gave me some much needed motivation to start and finish that last round.
