YHC was getting a little worried that man makers would scare off the Pax but two others showed up for the non man maker work.  At one time, an audible could have been called to man makers but YHC was not going to change knowing we have burpees scheduled.  The Pax informed me after the work that what we did was burpees and then a break down of the burpees with merkins and squats.   We got better for it.  The work was performed in combos of 53 which mean something special to the YHC now that I have turned 53.  I will still get after it as long as the good Lord will keep my health good enough to participate.  F3 has been one of the best things that I have ever done and I appreciate all my brothers so much for pushing me to get better.

In the center perform 43 Curls then run to one corner and perform 10 Burpees, run back to middle 43 Curls, run to another corner 10 Merkins, back to middle 43 Curls, run to another corner 10 Squats, back to middle 43 Curls, run to last corner 10 Decline Merkins, back to middle….Recover

In the center perform 33 Chest Press then run to one corner and perform 20 Burpees, run back to middle 33 Chest Press, run to another corner 20 Merkins, back to middle 33 Chest Press, run to another corner  20 Squats,  back to middle 33 Curls, run to last corner 20 Decline Merkins, back to middle….Recover

In the center perform 23 Overhead Press,  then run to one corner and perform 30 Burpees, run back to middle 23 Overhead Press, run to another corner 30 Merkins, back to middle 23 Overhead Press, run to another corner 30 Squats, back to middle 23 Overhead Press, run to last corner 30 Decline Merkins, back to middle…Recover

I know I don’t have a dog in the fight for the national championship in NCAA football but it is fun listening to the PAX discuss the big three.  Ala, GA, Clemson.  It says a lot about football in the south to have such great football close to home.  Young kids have so much to look forward too.
