Station 3: Bear crawl (20 count each hand) – jog to next station
Station 4: 5 Burpees (partner does Monkey Humpers – alternate each round) – jog to 1st station, rinse and repeat

Announcements/Prayer Requests: Special K asked the PAX to be mindful that it is “back to school” season and watch for kids, school bus stops, and generally be aware. There was a reading from 1 Corinthians 4: 11-13 about endurance.
Mumblechatter: This may have been the last workout at Shipyard (?). If so, it was nice to go out on a hot and humid morning. Everyone worked hard. This workout included a lot of running. We had a goal of 8 rounds but YCH thinks we completed about 6 rounds before doing a little “finisher” – one round of burpees, split jacks and high to low planks. We finished with a light stretch and then circled up for announcements/prayers. Long live Shipyard.
