Start at one corner of practice field and jog to far end of the field.

Do 30 American Hammers

Jog across to the next corner of the field.

Do 30 LBCs

Jog length of the field again.

Do 30 Reverse Crunches

Jog across the field to starting point.

Do 30 Big Boy Sit-ups

Rinse and Repeat X3

Plank for the 6.

30 Curls

30 Overhead Press

30 Alpos

Rinse and Repeat X3

Had some time left so I offered the PAX a chance to throw out an exercise to get us to 6:00.  Special K didn’t hesitate and added some more ab work with 20 V-Ups OYO.

Prayer Request: 2Cs Aunt, Joe Ponders wife (cancer), Athletes at Flippers former school dealing with a lot of injuries.

NMS:   For the most part it was a quiet crowd until Special K threw out the V-Ups at the end.  It definitely brought out the chatter amongst the group after all of the ab work we had done. But all worked hard and all got better.  Enjoyed getting to lead a great group of guys this morning.  Till next time – Peace out.
