Set 2:  Swimmers, Side Drops, Calf Raises, Lunge Walk, Block Raise, LBC, Leg Raises (holding block)

Set 3:  Curl-Press, We’re Not Worthy, Thruster, American Hammer, Dead Lift, Freddie Mercury.

For those on the 10,000 Ab Rep Challenge, that’s 7 ab rep exercises, roughly 25 reps/minute — good for 175 towards your total;)
