It takes a strong set of legs to sink THE BATTLESHIP! We threw 10 sets of legs at it this morning and still couldn’t sink it. THE BATTLESHIP is super leg intensive and you have to bring you’re A game and be fresh to have a shot at sinking it!
Sugar the original Q sent YHC a message early yesterday evening saying he might need a sub Q as the wife was coming down with the stomach bug that had been running through the house. Hope she is recovering now brother. Speaking of recover when YHC called recover at 6am, the time the workout ends, this morning 2 PAX must have thought I was playing an April Fools prank on them because they ignored the command and continued on their quest to complete all the laps of THE BATTLESHIP!
Conditions: A little cool but felt great to me as YHC was layered up, tights (pulled up a little Capri style) long sleeves. YHC doesn’t being a little hot working out as it adds to the cardio aspect of the workout in my totally unprofessional trainer opinion.
PAX’s gathered a little early, well most of the PAX gathered early, to get the coupon setup for everyone to give us a full hour to sink THE BATTLESHIP! Polly and Judge Hairy decided to show up about the time we finished the first lap up the concrete monster. They were late but at least they showed up and great workout guys after a tough RED Friday yesterday.
Disclaimer: Given
THE BATTLESHIP!
6 trips up the Concrete Monster, on the 6th trip say up top and do 30 Merkins, run to the front of the school and perform 30 Box Jumps on the benches, run to the flag pole and perform 30 Reverse Crunches, run to the far corner of the student parking lot and perform 30 Jungle Boi squats, run to the wall on the backside of the wall and perform 30 Australian Mountain Climbers, run to the back picnic area and perform 30 Dips on the benches, run back to the base of the concrete monster and perform 30 Curls to complete your first lap. Talking was at a minimum while everyone was trying to catch their breath. Juggernaut finally caught his a got rolling during the announcements and continued on at 2ndF coffeterria. Talking is his business and trying when he can feel his fingers. If he can’t feel his fingers he just uses his nose to tweet.
Announces and Prayer Request
Praise report Juggernaut neck is feeling better, not healed and never will be probably but it getting better, and he can feel his fingers again.
Remember all the PAX who have lost loved ones recently (Pacer, Snake Eyes, Smokey) or have loved ones who are very sick (Pusher).

Great work by all 10 PAX today. That is one tough challenging workout. #tclaps to Sugar for creating it.
Mumblechatter I none existence at THE BATTLESHIP for 2 reasons, one your spread out and two your trying to breath so you don’t hyperventilate, though I think Jug told me at caffeetria that hyperventilating was good for you for some reason.
Jug commented about my wardrobe selection with wearing layers and commented he had been taking cold showers to deal with this. Polly was confused and thought that was tmi. Jug explained that by taking cold showers you train yourself to not be cold and help yourself become laser focused. I’m wondering if the reverse is also true. So if you have a problem dealing with the heat don’t get out of the kitchen, take a showers and train yourself not to be hot and to relax and become ADHD.
I overheard Polly having a conversation with Jug and Judge Hairy about having fears. I thought Batman was fearless? Jug encouraged him to face his fears and take on the 20x in late July, I believe or something to that effect.
Nice to see the running boys Weaver and Corn Cob, Papercut was out there somewhere running 20 miles at a killer pace while working in some speed work as well (that guy is a runner).
Always a pleasure to lead you guys!
