YHC figures that since most PAX, may as well dedicate this Saturday’s workout to our fallen workout aka Tsunami. I made it out one time and Qed it before it’s demise. Alls well that ends well I guess.

Warmup: The long mosey from the parking lot to the coupons

Thang:

10 Thrusters

20 windshield wipers

30 bridge pull overa

40 tricep extensions

50 kettlebell swings

60 curls (30 on each arm)

70 overhead presses

80 jungle boy squats

90 side bends w/ coupon (45 each side)

100 chest presses (audibled an optional hold 6”, YHC and pusher participated for a few reps)

then back down the ladder

Early finishers were rewarded with 50 block big boys and any other ab work they wanted to do.

Devotion: YHC shared some recovery info from pg. 420 of the Big Book. Keep your expectations low and you will have greater acceptance and serenity.
