11 pax didn’t let the sub-freezing temperatures stop them from gathering at the Shipyard for a Tuesday morning beatdown. YHC didn’t do much recruiting and really didn’t know what to expect, but 11 was a good number for the work on hand.

- As stated, YHC didn’t know what to expect, but the good crowd that showed up was also a strong crowd. There are still plenty of former regulars who haven’t posted in a while. Keep EHing them. That’s the only way we get better as a whole. More of us means a stronger force in this community.
- YHC is not a huge fan of a long warmup, so the best way I knew to have some sort of warmup and literally warmup from the cold quickly was to go fast. Mission accomplished.
- Ironic moment of the morning: The Wardaddy calling out a Mr. Bean about his rocking chair form on the big boy situps. Of course our Wardaddy is a beast and definitely don’t need no rocking chair.
- Strong effort by all who were there this morning. This was a group that definitely pushed me to get better for the full 45 minutes. YHC is always humbled and honored to have the opportunity to lead at every chance.
