Warm-up:
Merkin Indian Run around the track (1 lap)

The Meat:

Partner up with someone that runs a similar pace.

Round 1

Sprint to the 50 yard line (trying to beat your partner)
Burpees x25
Mosey back to the goal line
Curls x50

Rinse and repeat. Decreasing Burpees x5 each round and keeping the Curls x50. 5 rounds total.

Round 2

Karaoke to the 50 yard line
Big Boy Sit-ups x25
Karaoke to the goal line
Tricep Extensions x25

Rinse and repeat. Decreasing BBS x5 each round and keeping the Tricep Extensions x25. 5 rounds total.

Round 3

Sprint to the 50 yard line
Merkins x25
Mosey back to the goal line
Alpos x25

Rinse and repeat. Decreasing Merkins x5 each round and keeping the Alpos x25. 5 rounds total.
