In preparation for this Q, YHC felt he needed to push it a little with exercises, but also wanted some running.  YHC admits he’s been a little slack on BC attendance lately, and wants to get back into BC shape sooner rather than later.  So a plan was developed to go with Loredo as the main Thang.  However, more time was needed to get to 45 minutes, so YHC added a Burpee/Big Boy sit-up ladder as an extended warm-up, to the delight of the PAX in attendance.  Here’s how it went:

Conditions: Probably around 70 degrees, and humid.

NMS:

  • Pusher HC’d last night.  Pusher fartsacked this am.  Must have been some trip to New Orleans.   Oh well, we missed him.
  • Good to see everyone pushing through this am.  The humidity makes it tougher, especially when running is involved in addition to the regular workout.
  • Toward the end of the workout, YHC actually got a little light-headed.  No one knew, since YHC simply stayed in Merkin prep form a little longer than normal.  Upon pondering the reason, YHC decided that the humidity (which was bad), as well as being a little out of BC-shape was to blame.  Luckily, YHC was able to get back on track and get back to work after a couple minutes.  Work was done by all.

As always, YHC was honored to lead such a wonderful group of men.  Until next time, Bean out!
