It’s no secret that YHC has been a little slack recently, not only in Qing but also in just posting. So when some unknown PAX signed YHC up for this morning’s Q, there was no question it was happening, even if just to get YHC there. (turned out to be a great and rewarding morning). So in preparation for this Q, YHC wanted to have some regular boot camp work along with a little running. YHC came up with a great plan! Then YHC received a text from Koby yesterday asking to Q the warm-up. YHC obliged and therefore re-did the entire workout plan. Here’s how it went:
Conditions: Around 59 degrees and MUCH cooler. It was a nice morning.

Welcome FNG Shooter . Shooter is an old friend of YHC’s since we were babies. He lives in Beaufort and hopefully will start posting there regularly.
Kudos to several beasts this morning on a job well-done….Beano, Blu and Tweeter for sure.
Truly great time at 2nd F this morning. Great crowd and great conversation.
As always, YHC was honored to lead such a wonderful group of men. Until next time, Bean out!
