YHC planned for a Dora workout for the victory lap for Blue and his team for the March Madness competition.

Warm-Up
SSH x 25
Cut the grass x 20
Imperial Walkers x 20
Little Baby Arm Circles forwards and backwards x 15
Front Claps and Overhead Claps x 15
New Exercise that Blue wants to call ridiculous that went like this – Bonnie Blair on each leg, followed by a squat, followed by a burpee x 10 OYO

Group counted off and 1’s secured coupons while 2’s moseyed to the bottom of the concrete monster.

Dora #1
50 Manmakers
100 Triceps Extensions
200 Bent Over Rows
300 Chest Press
While PAX #1 started did the exercise, PAX #2 ran to the top of the monster and performed 25 flutter kicks, counting one leg only.

After all PAX completed the Dora, PAX got in to lines and an Indian Run was performed in the parking lot in front of the gym going up and down each parking lane. PAX in the back performed 5 squats. The run ended at the flag pole.

Indian Run recommenced to the side wall around the building where PAX performed 20 Australian Mountain Climbers (counting both legs), 40 Monkey Humpers, and 20 Jungle Boy Squats. After this work was done, Indian Run was performed back to the bottom of the concrete monster.

150 Biceps Curls
While PAX #1 started did the exercise, PAX #2 ran to the top of the monster and performed 25 ab scissors counting both legs.

All PAX completed with 2 minutes to spare, so we did various planks until 7:00.

-Not much mumblechatter during the workout. But great work by all PAX involved.
-Luke 24:1-12 (the Resurrection story), was shared. It was a reminder for YHC and the rest of the PAX to never forget what was done on the cross for us as we celebrate Easter tomorrow.
