Lunge walk to the big flag pole (approx 60yds) then perform 25 Revers Crunches. Lunge walk back to your bench and the do 25 more Reverse Crunches. Now you’ve completed a circuit. Rinse and Repeat until time is called.

It was good to see the other guys in the group. YHC really enjoys the company of all 3 pax and so it was a very enjoyable time in the gloom. It was a consensus that everyone hated the lunge walks and box jumps. Special K jumped out front and set the pace for the rest of us to work toward. No one could keep up with him.

The power of repetition is great. 4 exercises were used in conjunction to provide not only the work for the day, but a transition that allowed for each muscle group to rest if just momentarily before being put back in the fire. It was truly a pleasure to be back at the Yard and to be in such good company.
