Four Corners:

Corner 1: 40 Burpees, 40 dips, 40 Flutter kicks

Lunge Walk to Corner 2

Corner 2: 40 Merkins, 40 Bonnie Blairs, 40 reverse crunches

standing broad jump to first light pool and sprint to Corner 3

Corner 3: 40 Thrusters, 40 curls, 40 Alpos

Bear Crawl to Corner 4

Corner 4: 40 Merkins, 40 jungle boys, 40 American Hammers

Run backwards to next Corner 1

After the completion of each round reduce reps by 10 and repeat.

Announcements:

Starting Next week, we will be moving all runs to Starbucks. Monday will be the last run from the Fountain. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will all go from the fountain with 2 start times (5:00 and 5:15). The COT will be at 6:00am for all runs. We ask that the Q makes sure someone at the alternate start time provides disclaimer and gets group going.

Baby Blu is asking for some help moving an elderly lady on Saturday. Information is on Slack.

Morning of July 4th will be some type of convergence with a Murph style workout.

It was a solid work by all this morning, not much conversation other than, “What were you thinking Tweeter.”  After we almost completed the first round I realized the stepdown by 5 was not going to be adequate for us to have any chance of getting through a couple of rounds.  So I called an audible and said to reduce by 10 after each round.  By doing this I believe Beano made it through 2 full rounds and was half way through on his 20 count.
