Line up on the goal line. Farmer carry the block to the 10 yd. line, do 10 curls, go to 20 yd. line, do 20 curls, etc. to 30 yd. line then back down to the goal line.
CURLS, Block Press, TRICEP EXTENSION, ALPOS
Line up on the goal line with your partner.

Round 1 Responsible to do 100 man makers, 200 Dips, 300 American Hammers
Pax 1 does work while Pax 2 does 20 BB sit ups at the 20 then flapjack
Round 2 Responsible to do 100 kettle bell, 200 front presses, 300 flutter kicks
Pax 1 does work while Pax 2 does 20 BB sit ups at the 20 then flapjack
YHC was expecting the temperature to be a little warmer and had to deal with very cold coupons. I learned my lesson on which gloves to use now. YHC will be prepared next time. Not much mumble chatter for the morning as MM was gearing up for a run later in the morning. As always, man makers were a crowd pleaser. I knew my strength was in question after the AFPT on Thursday and wanted to get some good strength back. I also wanted to do some ab work as this was an area I struggled with on the AFPT. Well, we have 5 1/2 months to prepare so I am sure I can get some ab work in before then.
