Temperature was mild, probably around 70.  Pax arrived early, Q arrived right on time.  Disclaimer given.  Gathered at the bottom of the concrete monster, for a hand of 21.  1 hand release merkin at the bottom, run to the top of the monster do 20 V-ups.  Continue adding a HR merkin at the bottom and decreasing by 1 the V-ups.  Great work by all pax- Uncle jesse and Beano leading the way and finishing before time was called.  The nantan was up there too.

A few minutes left, starting at the bottom of the monster again, perform 50 air squats, bunny hop to the first thingy from the brick.  Bear crawl to the 2nd one, then back peddle the rest of the way to the top.  50 more squats at the top.  Rinse and repeat.  6 oclock, times up.
