7 PAX showed up for the latest installment of our 2.0 workout series. YHC decided to take the Q in an effort to get my kids out there. Well, it worked for one, (Stella/Night Owl).

Mosey to Gym
30 second wall hold
10 second upside down hold
10 Push-ups
Mosey to Parking Lot
Lunge Walk 2 parking spaces, broad jump 2 parking spaces. (continue until you reach end of parking lot.)
Reverse
Lunge Walk 2 parking spaces, bear crawl 2 parking spaces. (continue until you reach end of parking lot.)
Mosey to benches in Front of School
15 Step ups
Mosey to Adjacent student lot
10 Jungle Boi Squats
Mosey to Steps
Bear Crawl up steps

Duck Walk down Gravel Path

Mosey to bottom of concrete monster
Dads vs Kids relay race
3 Dads vs 4 Kids
Race to top of concrete monster, touch cone, back down and tag teammate. Each team member completes two rounds.
**Dad’s have to mosey up monster using back pedal to even things out**
It was a close race, but Yellow Ninja nipped Judge Hairy right at the ends to win it for the kids.
Go up the stairs and back to Flag
